Our RC Pro Shop is staffed by a dedicated team of experienced and knowledgeable enthusiasts who are passionate about the hobby. Whether you are just getting started or are a seasoned professional, our team is committed to providing personalized guidance, answering your questions, and helping you make the perfect purchase with confidence.

We proudly carry a wide selection of industry-leading brands, including Traxxas, ARRMA, Team Losi Racing, Losi, Team Associated, Tekno RC, Tamiya, Axial, Vanquish Products, Pro Boat, E-flite, Blade, HobbyZone, MST, and Yokomo—along with many more. Our extensive inventory ensures that no matter your interest—racing, crawling, drifting, boating, or flying—you’ll find the equipment and support you need to fully enjoy the hobby.

What truly sets RC Excitement apart is our immersive in-store experience. Our showroom features dozens of fully assembled display vehicles and live demonstrations, giving customers the opportunity to see products in action before making a decision. This hands-on approach allows you to interact with the vehicles, understand their capabilities, and make informed choices beyond what a box or screen can offer.

OUR HISTORY

RC Excitement was started in April of 2001 in Worcester, MA, out of the idea of having a place to play in RC.  It was a natural transition from a club, CMRC or Central Mass Radio Control that our President Todd Anderson had started in the Spring of 2000.  Our first location was in a 7,000 sq ft space of a large old warehouse on Harlow St. in Worcester, MA with one 50’ x 70’ Off Road dirt track and a small retail area.  After 4 robberies within the first 2 years, it was time to move and we relocated to a larger facility on Pullman St. Worcester, MA, with a larger track and shop.  After only 9 months and a building owner change RC Excitement was left homeless.  From there, it was a 6-month and 53 location search, before settling into our current 15,000sq ft, almost 4 acre property at 208 Bemis Rd Fitchburg, MA.That was in 2004, and we’ve been here ever since.

Indoor and outdoor tracks

Our Indoor Off-Road Racing Course is where it all started! Our 100’x50’ indoor Dirt Track has a 40’ long, 8’ tall drivers stand, to make your driving / racing experience optimal.

All year around events

With our Indoor and Outdoor facilities, we are able to host events All year round! We host Outdoor Rock Crawling events, Dirt Oval Racing under the lights, as well as Outdoor Racing and bashing events. When New England weather hits, we have the ability to host Indoor Rock Crawling and Indoor Off-Road Racing.
