When hitting the trail, you want to do it with confidence — and the answer is the RC10 Trail Truck Portal Kit. Inspired by the legendary Team Associated RC10 off-road buggy released in 1984, this tribute trail truck is engineered for serious crawling performance with classic style.

Stealth® X Gearbox

At the heart of the RC10 Trail Truck Portal Kit is our revolutionary Stealth® X gearbox. Though the exterior looks like a conventional 3-gear transmission, the inside is anything but. The Stealth® X lets you independently adjust the rear drive ratio across three levels:

• Stock: Overdrives the front end 5.7%
• Option 1: One-to-one front-to-rear drive ratio (available separately)
• Option 2: Overdrives the front end 11.83%

Power is delivered via 3-piece telescopic driveshafts with extruded aluminum center sections, universal front drive axles, and hardened steel ring and pinion gears.

High-Clearance Portal Axles

The RC10 Trail Truck Portal Kit features all-new high-clearance portal axles with all-metal gears, ball bearings, and a larger pocket for a heavier-duty inner input bearing. With almost an inch more clearance than standard straight axles, these axles are a perfect fit for the Enduro line-up. Six screws hold each portal gear box tight for maximum strength under heavy loads.

Want even more underdrive? An optional 12/23 tooth gear set (#42373) is available separately for an additional 36% overdrive from axle-to-axle.

Chassis Features

• BTA Steering & Aluminum Steering Plates: Behind-the-axle steering for better approach angles, more clearance, and a cleaner look. Bolt-on aluminum plates allow for more adjustments and future modifications.
• Integrated Servo Winch Mount: Mounted directly to the chassis alongside the steering servo for optimal balance and weight distribution.
• Threaded Aluminum Shock Bodies: Gold anodized, fluid-filled, and threaded — these shocks keep the vehicle stable and retain oil even in the roughest terrain.

RC10-Inspired Body

The RC10 Trail Truck body is thermoformed in high-strength polycarbonate and comes clear so you can paint it the traditional Camel Yellow or any color of your choice. It features a single-piece design with injection-molded roof rack, bumpers, mirrors, and polycarbonate inner fenders. A full-color decal sheet emulating the legendary Camel Yellow livery is included.

Officially Licensed Wheels & Tires

Gripping the trail is a set of officially licensed General Grabber™ X3 tires molded in high-performance soft compound rubber, mounted on officially licensed satin silver Method 701 Trail Series beadlock wheels.
