Trail-Proven Machine with a Highly-Detailed Licensed Body

The Traxxas® TRX-4® 1/10 4WD RTR Scale and Trail® Rock Crawler with Ford® F-150® Ranger XLT Body combines authentic scale appearance with proven off-road capability for serious trail adventures. Built around the TRX-4 platform, this truck features portal axles, spool-locked differentials, and a lightweight performance-focused design engineered to tackle challenging terrain. The extended wheelbase chassis enhances stability while the clipless body system maintains clean scale lines without traditional body clips.

Officially Licensed Ford Styling

The officially licensed 1979 Ford® F-150® Ranger XLT body captures the iconic look of the classic truck with exceptional scale realism. Bumpers, side trim, side mirrors, door handles, windshield wipers, and a detailed two-tone grille create an authentic appearance from every angle. Clear windows, authentic decals, full nylon composite wheel wells, and floor pans further enhance the scale experience, while the rugged internal body cage adds strength and rigidity. The innovative clipless mounting system securely holds the body in place and allows quick removal without disrupting the truck's realistic appearance.

Trail-Tuned Electronics

A Trail-Tuned XL-5™ HV Waterproof Electronic Speed Control powers the TRX-4 with five selectable drive profiles designed for everything from casual trail driving to technical rock crawling. The waterproof ESC works with the Titan® 550 21-turn reverse rotation motor, which features an internal cooling fan for dependable performance. Control is handled by the TQ™ 2.4GHz two-channel radio system and waterproof receiver setup, providing reliable signal security and fail-safe protection.

Advanced Chassis Design & Drivetrain

Portal axles increase ground clearance, reduce torque twist, and improve driveline geometry. A single-speed transmission with durable steel gears transfers power through a full-time shaft-driven 4WD system with locked front and rear axles. The suspension combines a front 3-link setup with panhard bar and a rear triangulated 4-link design, supported by aluminum oil-filled GTS shocks. Chrome 1.9-inch mag wheels wrapped in Canyon Trail™ tires with trail-tuned foam inserts complete the package.
